unfortunately, mental health is still very much a taboo subject. the goal of cinemental is to use film and television as an entree to destigmatize these issues in a lighthearted but meaningful way. no one should feel alone in their struggle with mental health, and through open and honest conversations we hope to help people understand themselves better and create empathy for those around them who may be struggling.

we also know how to party so we’ll talk about fun stuff like serial killers and possession and aliens and stuff.
